Verpet s.r.o. was founded in 2011. Since its establishment, it has been engaged in cooperation activities mainly for the automotive sector. Since 2013, it has been employing people with disabilities. At the moment, there are four workshops for manual processing with a total capacity of 125 places: Hradec Králové, Náchod and Hronov.

Our company is ISO 9001 certified, which is also used in its activities.

Our activity

PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY

OF CABLE HARNESSES

Cable harnesses, toroidal transformers, coils, chokes, connecting cabling and other components from the field of electrical engineering are our main activity. During their production, we perform micro-soldering, tinning, winding using winding machines – vertical and horizontal, assembly of joints, connections and more.

MANUAL MACHINING

In our sheltered workshops, we provide manual processing of products for our business partners. Hand machining operations include, for example, scraping, cutting, hand abrading or cleaning, needling, assembling cable harnesses, visual inspection and more. For these operations, we use, for example, altimeters, calipers and many other tools. We can adapt to our client's production according to the required parameters.

MACHINING

Preparatory, finishing and other required operations are carried out using bench drills and grinders and other small tools. For example, we provide winding of electric motor components. Polishing and polishing of workpieces. soldering of printed circuit boards, soldering, welding,...

PAINTING AND VARNISHING

We provide painting of small parts using pressure guns and paint booths. We can also prepare the surface of products before the next production process - sanding, degreasing, intermediate coatings. We provide sandblasting of small-sized items. Max.50x50cm.
